DOMINIQUE DARDEK (1957) French autodidact artist, he is interested in painting first, but around 1980, attracted by the sensuality of volumes, he moved very quickly towards sculpture. He works with a knife, mishandles his reality, gives him asperities that play with lighting. Games of shadows and light, mix of materials and contrasts. Through glass he adds an extra dimension to his work, giving him mobility and a dynamic tending to distance him from materiality.
